Lights, Cameras, Shoes!

Peria thoroughly enjoyed her sixth appearance on WREG-TV's Live at 9! We captured some footage before, during and after Wednesday's segment so you can see the action behind the lights and cameras.

For this segment, Peria hand-selected several shoes, boots and accessories representing the latest trends for fall and winter.

Yesterday morning began with the display set-up, from start to finish.

Below is an on-set shot of Peria with Mary Beth and Alex, the Live at 9 hosts, as well as a short video during the live, on-air appearance.

For those that missed the segment, the photos below show all of the shoes, boots and accessories featured on the show. Several key items for this season are cowboy and over-the-knee boots, accessories that make a statement, and items in this season's must-have colors - purple and gray.

Wrap It Up!

Sometimes a scarf simply isn't enough. Instead, stay warm and brighten up your seasonal wardrobe with a pashmina wrap.

Dress for Success Memphis, an international not-for-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women, is gearing up to host its 4th Annual Upscale Garage Sale.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 24 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. The sale, open to the public, will be held at the Dress for Success Memphis location, 2730 Colony Park Drive, Suite 7, Memphis.

Several Memphis boutiques will be participating, including Peria, who is contributing shoes to the sale for the third consecutive year.

Bag Lady

Some women are shoe aficionados; others are partial to the perfect handbag. Then there are girls like us – the fashion enthusiast. It doesn’t matter what category – shoes, handbags, jewelry or accessories– we love it all!

With that said, let’s focus on everything we love about this season’s best bags.

While we’ve been all too clear about the sea of purple that swept the runway, don’t overlook a bright metallic or show-stopping red as an option for the perfect bag.

Girls Night Out Success!

As we mentioned in an earlier post, Peria participated in the Girls Night Out event at the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art.

Hundreds of ladies spent the night mingling with girlfriends, enjoying refreshments and, of course, shopping!

Thanks to all those who made time to stop by Peria's table for a peek at the this season's most wanted shoes and accessories. For those who couldn't make it, here's a look at what we had on display.

From ballet flats to cowboy boots, bracelets to bags, and hair clips to brooches, Peria covered all the trends, including fall's hot colors - metallics, reds, grays and purples.
